Our multi-million pound five year improvement programme is now well underway and tenants are starting to see Housing Pendle deliver the improvements promised at stock transfer. The improvement work will take Housing Pendle's homes over and above the Government's Decent Homes Standard.
This means that many tenants will see their homes vastly improve over the next few years, with new kitchens, bathrooms, central heating installations and re-wires.
We appreciate that all this good news comes at a cost - living through such big changes can be a bit messy. Jobs like re-wiring do create dust and disruption but it's really important that we do the work when it's your turn. Your support at stock transfer for these improvements means that we have the money and contractors ready and waiting to carry out this important work.
